Can I put the newer style lights and grill in an 05?

I like the lights that are solid without the grill running threw them and like the aftermarket grills as well so I can change over to the new lights and grill from the newer model trailblazers and will they just pop into place with the clip holes that are already there or is it a project to switch it over? Thank you

They are interchangeable, but you'll also have to replace the front bumper. The dip in the 06+ LT grille in the center would require some cutting and modification to fit with the LS bumpers. The LT headlights are also considerably more expensive.
