Can I change spring rate on front without changing height

With 166K on my front springs, are there aftermarket springs for the front that either have dual-rate or a more "sporty" nature while retaining the stock height?

I will be changing the struts next week so was contemplating a spring change.

You can take a look at the Moog springs. If you find the information on them you might be able to increase the spring rate. I have heard that some of them are a little shorter then the OEM ones so it may not increase the ride height.

you could theoretically run drop springs with belltech struts with the extra spacers to raise it back up
