Broken Dash Vent

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how a broken dash vent (to the left of the steering wheel) can be taken out and replaced/repaired? This one does not stay open. Airflow forces it shut. The truck is a 2006 GMC Envoy XL. Thanks.

Remove the lower dash panel, then you will have access to the bolts that hold the vent cover on.
