Managed to get a decent pic of this today on the way home. Been seeing him for the last 3 1/2 years or so. The dog doesn't seem to move much. Just moves his head around. Notice the helmet on the pooch though. . . . My dog sure wouldn't tolerate that. She can't stand rides in the wagon with the tractor.

I wish I had a pic of the one I saw. It was a while back on I-95 here in DE. If I remember correct it was a yellow lab and he was in the sidecar. It was scary looking cuz he would be sitting there, then he would kinda hunch up and shimmy around. I was praying, "Please don't fall out, Please don't fall out"!!
