Hey everyone, just upgraded to the newer LT front bumper & grille. I had the shop shave off the bowtie indentation incase I wanted to go with a clean shaved look. I also bought a chrome bowtie Incase I decided to go with a bowtie. Here's pictures of the two, which looks better?

Wow! That has to be the cleanest looking TB front end I've ever seen.

Personally, I think with the Bowtie looks better, otherwise the two indents look out of place without it.

Agreed, having the bumps on the top and bottom edges of the crossbar looks funny without the bowtie in place. The upgrades look great though, especially the painted headlight bezels. :2thumbsup:

If you could grind down / repaint the upper & lower 'tabs' to be flush across the bar, I'd go for that. You'd redo the stainless inset bars above and below, as well, to allow for 1pc across the span.

But if not... then I'd incorporate the bowtie. It looks pretty good chromed.

Very nice look -- congrats

I like the contrast of the black looking bowtie against the white. Looks black in the pic but if it was me and it is chrome instead, I would do a flat black bowtie, again IMO.
