just an fyi to anyone who is in the tire market, I just purchased and had mounted the new tires from BFG, a huge improvement from my already pleasing Pirelli Scorpion ATR's, they are quieter smoother but way more agreeseive looking, the truck feels a little heavier in the steering and a little stiffer on the ride, I'm looking forward to the snow now to give a real review, pictures will come when I get a chance to upload

I take it yours is a 4x4?

Pics of these supposed new tires would be nice...

Ours is a 2 wheel drive and we're on our second set of Goodyear Fortera HL's. Blew out an original Conti at 36K and put the first set of Fortera's on. Got 75K miles out of them, probably could have gone another 5K. Only paid $430.00 installed after rebate! Best wearing tire I've seen. No cupping, nice, even wear pattern.

Okay, pictures as promised, I'm embarrassed my wheels look like hell but you get the idea.

That looks a lot like the tread pattern on my Treadwright Bulldog MT's.

Hankook DynaPro M/Ts. I ran those in 265/70/17 for quite a while. Good tire. DOn't let the tire shop sipe them though. They will chunk if you do.

Those are pretty good looking tires!! They should treat you well in the snow
