I know both of you speak from truth, but what a buzzkill! I love my truck, but I agree with Roadie, who in the #%&# put this crew of engineers together on the same project. It's like my current job....Did anyone talk to the end user before rolling this out?

I think in the eyes of Chevy they did well. It makes it harder for the end user to work on their own vehicle so they bring it in, then it takes them forever to fix it. It's all business at the end of day:frown:

So ten minutes longer than typical battery swap... whoopty doo. It is a job done every 5 yrs or so. People just want to complain. It took longer to change our Caravan battery which was a pain to get to the hold down bolt.
