Saw this over on the Caprice PPV forum and thought this might be of interest to some here. Too bad I'm in the wrong country.

There seems to be these main requirements:

"you may be included in one or more Settlements if, at any time from 1998 to 2016, you: (1) bought or leased a new motor vehicle in the U.S. (not for resale), or (2) paid to replace one or more of the new motor vehicle parts"

For example, on GMT360/370, there is something with "wiper systems".

I think you may also need receipts.

Well, front wipers aren't prone to fail but rears do. Also applies to others brands and models too.
