How do I do this in a post that I need others to hear in isolating an issue.

All video's most be uploaded to youtube and then linked to your post.
Edit: I read the title incorrectly. I've never tried just doing a audio file. Someone with real info on this should be able to help.

I don't think the site supports audio files as attachments. You need to upload them to some sort of sharing service, and then link it here. Youtube is probably easiest, as we can play them directly from the post, instead of opening a new browser (tab) and going to another site.

You can't post it directly here. You could upload it as a video on Youtube or if it's just a sound clip, save it to Google drive and share it.
