Hello again everyone. Ok so ive been doi,g alot of looking into this and couldnt find anything. My tb has a strange issue when on vent air flow is great on passenger side but poor on driver side. Now when i switch to floor it switches right away yet once again passenger side has all the air flow and hardly anything coming from the driver side. Ive had people tell me my panel mode actuator is bad. But to my understanding the actuator turns one shaft with two flaps or valves on it. Part# 15-50093 if anyone wants to look it up. My question is is it possible that one of the flap has spun on its shaft keeping the drivers side in the wrong position slightly?

That is strange. I'm not sure if there are two flaps for mode, one for each side, operated by a single actuator. I know that there are two temp actuators, one for each side. This diagram might help:
a/c control issues 2005 TB (Front actuators/diagram)

I wasnt sure either until i stumbled upon this one night. I knew all about bad actuators rearing their ugly head after doing a hvac reset but nothing helped it after letting it calibrate. Here is a picture of the actual doors for the panel mode actuator. Maybe this can help?31Zmfwu-HxL._SX355_.jpg
