A friend of mine called me because he's having a problem installing an aftermarket hu in his 05 with factory Bose, and no steering controls. He's using a GM11 module. The hu powers on fine, but there's no sound. I've installed many many radios, but I've never used a pac module. Anything specific to look for? I told him to double check and make sure that the blue/white remote amp wire is hooked up, and that if the module doesn't have a blue/white wire, to hook the one from the factory harness side to the red acc wires, but I haven't heard back yet.
