Aftermarket cat with 2.75" intake

Trying to piece together my exhaust and after reading the threads, I don't know if anyone ever found 2.75" intake on an aftermarket catalytic converter?

Everywhere I seem to look is 2.5" for oem replacement. Goal is close to stock as possible, minus the resonator. Would rather buy oem than experiment with changing the pipe sizing.

According to Magnaflow website for my ride they offer two cats, both with 2.5" in and out.

No one replaces their cat with stock pipe size? Or just not aware of it? I won't order something online without some detailed specs. Found 3" performance cat but not what I am looking for.

Edit: even magnaflow California cat has a 2.5" intake. Anyone have any insight why?

Just grab one of these guys right here. Depending on the length you could probably but a couple of these clamps and not even weld it.
