Adding ATF to oil....how much and for how many miles?

I'm going to add the ATF to the oil to do a light cleaning as mentioned previously. I have about 4000 miles on my last oil change and am planning on changing it pretty soon. How much ATF should I add? How many miles should I run it before the oil change? Thx...

The usual is to replace 1 qt or Litre of oil with ATF.

So you substitute in Liter of ATF during the oil change and run it the whole service interval? I usually run 4000-5000 miles between oil changes. Mobil One Extended Mileage 5w/30
