So I've replaced relay tried other ones I've jumped high and low pressure switch with no luck if I jump relay ac works fine any ideas? Thanks so much

There's something that the PCM doesn't like and preventing it from turning on. Off the top of my head, the following are things that would inhibit the A/C operation:
- too low pressure
- too high pressure
- wide open throttle acceleration
- low outside temperature (below freezing)
The ambient temperature sensor might be faulty. If it thinks it's below freezing, it won't turn on.
I am not familiar with the full size truck's HVAC system. Maybe it's a faulty HVAC control module. At this point, you may need the dealer to diagnose with a Tech 2 scanner to see what is preventing it from turning on.
