ac and spark plugs

hii again

first month in the winter i had a missfire in cylinder #1 because some water was into it!! after drying it everything was normal ,in the last weekend i checked my spark plugs and they were rusty and dirty, the coolant level is normal clean and clear water !!

2- can the rusty spark plugs cause a problem with the rpm when i start th ac ?? cause i feel its killing the car "my throttle body is clean" any ideas ??

i noticed that when my coils had got wet to the point like your had, my coil infact went bad and had to be replaced.
