A/C problem

I have a '04 Sierra 1500 SLE. The a/c problem that I am having is that the driver's side only blows out hot air. The passenger side blows cold. I have climate control. I'm thinking it's an actuator but don't know which one. I know there are several. If this isn't my problem please tell me what you think it is! Thanks in advance!

Do you hear in clicking when you are changing settings, like a broken gear tooth. If it is frozen in place you could try the method of pulling the ac fuses, turning key over, then off, then disconnected battery for about 10 minutes to reset computer and then plug the fuse/relay back in, see if it resets
