Lately, fellow drivers seem to be a bunch of jack wagons. It has increased since the start of the holidays. In the last few days I have had to use my horn more times then I can count. It got me to thinking & google'n, do they make low frequency horns (like the police rumbler)?

Something like this but not a siren.

A buddy of mine has one of those train horn. He drives by my house I'll be relaxing watching TV and smart@$$ blows the horn as he drives by scares the crap out of me its great
