The 5.3 Burb has developed a leak from here, as shown in the pictures. I lost 2 quarters of oil over 600 miles.
Do I suspect it correctly to be a blown valve cover gasket and/or the valley valve plate gasket?
If yes, I reckon I need new gaskets for those + new intake gaskets and assorted parts? I'm thinking I'll throw a new PCV along.
Anything else I need to do while at this job? (The oil pressure sender and the cam sensors were replaced about 8,000 mi ago).

You would think if it's from the valve cover it would run down to the bottom, not just up and sideways towards the intake and valley cover. And it doesn't look that wet for the amount you're loosing. I'd clean all the oil off, add some UV dye, run it a few days and see with a UV light where it really leaks from. Also check under the truck in case it's the pan or main seals.

I did. I suspect the oil pressure sender, there's a strong streak from around both sides of the engine rear, somewhere from around the top. I'll wipe that baby's ass with some brake cleaner and see what gives.

It could be the valley cover at the oil pressure sender. Since that's under pressure, it could be leaking between the block and the cover.
