Anyone interested in doing this I can give some pointers. I boosted my 4200 3 years ago and daily it 32 miles one way to work Monday through Friday. At 10 pounds of boost I can attest to you it will move.
It took me around 9 hours start to finish including wiring in the computer. I get average 23 mpg and have had zero mechanical issues.

I moved your post here from that other thread. It was a mess over there.

Why not just write it up? I'm sure there is still some interest out there for this engine.

I'm interested, and I don't even own a 4200. :yes::coffee:

(on edit) 9hrs start to finish? That means it's running on stock internals.
Now I'm *really* interested. :salivate:

Weird “light the fuse and run” post…??? Sounds very cool to do. These 4.2s are durable, I’m sure a few on here could figure it out and help those interested.
