2012 Yukon Denali AWD transfer case problem

First off, what model TC is in the 2007-2014 AWD GMT-900, is it the same NP-149 of the earlier gen?

The rear output shaft has some noticeable vertical movement, about .020" and I believe it's a bushing but I would think it also has a bearing, slight noise under load, but barely audible with the radio off.

Has anyone here been inside one of these? I could get a fully remanufactured TC for about $1K but I feel I can open this up myself and save some coin.

Yes, sorry....NR3. It appears to be the Borg Warner 4485 so maybe it doesn't have a specific NP-xxx designation or a newer variant of the NP-149 to mate with the 6L80E?
