I have a 2007 Chevy trailblazer and it shifts in and out of 4 wheel drive fine but the indicator light does not work. No light on the selector switch illuminate except the neutral when I start the truck and then it goes out. I would like to have indicator lights. There are also not service light illuminated on the dash. I have bought a new 4wd selector switch and it did not solve the problem, I still have not indicator lights.

The indicator lights are on a dimmable lamp bus. If they are dead, you probably have other dash lights out as well. Check the rear fuses labeled "TBC" plus some number. It may be fuse 2 or 3, I'm sorry I don't have my manuals with me at the moment.

If that doesn't work, do you have a voltmeter and want to dig into it more?
