When did you have all of THIS Stuff Installed?

Sub and amp 0 gauge ofc wire new Kenwood deck and 6.5 speakers

...and was it Professionally installed or...a DIY job?

Also... What if any Codes have shown up from your use of an OBD2 Code Reader?

If 'New ignition control box' means you just replaced the Ignition Switch underneath the Steering Column... This video from Eric "OH" at South Main Auto shows how to run down problems with Wire Diagnostics using a Tech 2 and a "Scope On A Rope" Light Probe for continuity testing in the Ignition Switch Wiring (even New Ones if they are NOT ACDelco Brand can go sideways):

...and another No Start No Crank Video from @MAY03LT...

Have you checked for voltage at the starter solenoid when you turn the key to Start?

You mean the ignition switch? Maybe it wasn't installed properly with the gears set right. There is a video on YT but I'm at work and can't access it right now.
