NEED HELP 2006 GMC Envoy SLT 4.2 6 cyl. (TRANSMISSION FILTER PART #)

First off, May you all have a Happy Good Friday, Easter, and Passover!

Was going to replace my Transmission filter on my 2006 envoy slt 4.2l 6 cyl. I am seeing contradicting info about the part number. I believe it is AC Delco #TF337(24208576) based off gmc envoy 2006 owners manual i found online(I also see a TF337 with 25325578 for sale..would that fit even with a different number if still a TF337?) Also when i check online, all the different e-stores that have the car fit checks, all say that part(Tf337)doesnt fit my car.. I know some early 2006 models used 2005 production parts, and later production of 2006 started with the changes. Not sure if that comes into play at all? Any help is graciously accepted!! Thx.

I'm not sure about the envoy, but I have an 06 4.2 L traiblazer ext, and there are 2 different filters. There are also 2 different pans, a deep vs shallow dish. One filter is thinner than the other, it's very obvious when you see both together. And it's important I think because the thin filter will not work correctly in the deep pan. Just browsing through rock auto for 06 gmc envoy I see deep pan and shallow pan filters so my guess is you are similar to me. (I have a deep pan btw)

The deep pan has a "step". The shallow pan is flat all the way across.

Thx guys... for some reason I thought deep/shallow was only on xl and denali versions for some reason.. Will take a peek and sort it out... Thx always for the input!
