From my AWD conversion I have from my 2004 TB LT:
4WD front axle disconnect with actuator (used and working)
TCCM (also used, but working)
Interior 4WD rotary switch
Happy to send to a fellow GMT owner for the price of shipping if someone needs to swap parts out.

Going to send a PM your way... I only use the 4WD like two days a year, but have seen a couple of 'Service 4WD' lights on the dash, and a couple of funny status lamp flashes on my selector switch over the last year or so.
IOW, you are opportunity knocking...
