Was not illegal. All activities were performed on a closed drag strip. Seatbelts were on and doors were latched shut..

Bruh, the seat belt latches are in a box in the garage. I'm sitting on a lawn chair. My hand is through the window holding the door shut because the latch is missing.

I think by 2000 there were 3 point harnesses standard in pretty much everything.
Airbags were still an option though. Middle seat has lap belt.

Heres an oldie.. September 25, 2015. This was the day the truck started having the issues it is. Yell at me for revving it ridiculously high, I know im pretty stupid.

Just thought it was a nice video to add into all the footage we have.

Still have no idea what’s wrong with the truck, its been in the single digits here and snowy so we haven’t touched it. Once it gets a lil warmer expect to see more on it.

I did the same thing on my '02 before swapping the engine. It had a spun bearing and screamed like a stuck pig. I revved it to make it scream one last time and I paid for it. It blew the oil filter and spewed oil all over the driveway. Guess it got the last laugh.

Have you nailed down a Moniker for this Red Beast yet...? I was thinking of:

.... something Teutonic and Metallic like:

Der FITZ-UNDT-STARTZ (The Fits and Starts)

Der ROTT-MACHINEN (The Red Machine)

... or perhaps something more from Marvel Comic-Con:

MADD-REDD
REDD-ROLLER
DREDD-REDD
REDD-DREDD
and take donations
You need to hold a GMTN Contest to ..."Name That Build..."

So far it only lost a significant amount of oil pressure once and knocked like a 6.5. Other then that, its been beat the piss out of as you have seen in the past few videos.

A Name contest sounds like a pretty good idea. Littleblazer and i will have to draw up a few names, DREDD-REDD and Der FITZ-UNDT-STARTZ Sound like ones to definitely be in the contest:2thumbsup:.

As for donations, i wasnt aware that you could do that, is it something through the site or separately?

Certainly not a site feature so this would be a go-fund-me type of deal. We do have a special section for those types of requests but was more for "personal" requests.

I'd rather have a go fund me for getting Sid into the 10s but that's just me.

Once work starts up again we can fund the backend through the shop.

This guy literally just grabbed it and ripped it off while I was playing with the bird. I pointed out the other day it was hanging. Thought it sounded louder tbh. Next thing I know he has 4 feet of tubing in his hands.

Been awhile. Been caught up with another go fast project (67 Firebird). Truck got started this past week, still haven’t started working on it yet. It’s getting its original seat back so that’s good, no more lawn chair. Hopefully starting this project soon.

We could strip the blue dump entirely and then have a backup driveline when we blow this one up.

Not a bad idea. It’s all a 4 bolt main. More the better.

Is it bad the budget is going down instead of up? Also came up with the windshield banner.

You could have at least cleaned the inside being it was almost 80 out...
I was worried about swapping the tire from the blue dump to the white one being that the other one has a nail in it.
I wanna take the seat back out anyways just to clean the mat.

Thoughts on these for the build? Dad’s buddy at work had em laying around, picked them up for $100. Its either these for the set of AR’s on the front of the truck already. Still unsure.

Nice work. I dont mind polishing wheels as you get a sense of accomplishment. I did a set of chrome Trans Am wheel in the basement of the winter and they are similar...I can point out flaws but most say...thema are nice. I used
