So I have a 06 trailblazer EXT and would like to get a 2 inch leveling kit. What Brands would be good and what parts would I need to change?

Only want to level the front or an all around lift?

2" inch in front and .75" in the back. I just find the front end sits too low to the ground. I would rather the SUV look and not a minivan look

This thread has some info:

So those 5100 struts and shocks would work well for you however those rears, by themselves, will not lift lift it. Maybe @HARDTRAILZ can chime in but I think just a spring swap may work to bring the rear up the 1/2 to 1" you're looking for. There's also @wstuckey1 that has lifted his EXT and may be able to offer some advice.

Also moved this thread to the proper section.

The 5100s would be best bet so you can dial in the lift you want. Use a spacer in the rear. easiest and the only real lift option for springs in rear are z71 and they ride awful stiff.

I have mine at 3" of lift in the front and 2" in the rear. That one inch was enough to get it really close to level front to rear. I'd keep stock springs and put in the 5100 struts in the front to level it out and then probably a one inch spacer in the rear to get it up a little if I were you.
