I can't seem to find any pics of the bottom side of our bumper pads. Anybody got some?

Looking to rubberize undercoat them (Already done the center one) and I know from looking underneath that some (that I can see) of the points on the pads are heat pressed fastened. I would just like to see at what points should I be worried about breaking and where all point of connection are.

I'll be posting pics of mine when I do the mod, to help others. Perhaps a "How to".

Thanks
Jeff

Would you guys clear coat the rubberized paint? Perhaps it would turn it a little more to the glossy side?

Great job!:undecided: i like how you put the trailblazer emblem down in the spot. If i had that bumper style i probably would have done the same.:rotfl:

Agreed, looks good and functional. I tried plasti dip myself and 3 days later it ripped already. I took off the entire bumper cover and yes, the tabs are heat pressed. I broke one, then stopped. How is the 3M holding up?

Just washed the truck last night, and they still look like the day I put it on.

Sir ffel, I took off the Trailblazer and Chevrolet emblems on the fifth door and I’m looking for a way to repurpose them. I’m digging your idea of putting it on the bumper cover. Looks great.

Well it seems going through the touch less car wash has faded the pads to a dull finish, must be the soap they use.
I've been doing some samples of clear coating on top of the rubberized paint, looks good on the samples.

Just wondering if anyone has any expierence with clear coating on top of rubberized paint. I'm kind of sceptical about it adhering properly, all though the samples do seem to be working.
