The front and rear pumps are entirely separate electrically except for their ground so chances are debris in the tank has clogged and/or jammed your pumps. I would pull them out (have something to plug the holes if you still have fluid in the tank) and see if you can see anything in the inlets. The inlets are tiny and it doesn't take much to jam them.
Alternatively, you can remove the air cleaner and pull the whole tank out (it's not bad). You'll have to do this anyway to properly clean out the tank if you do find contamination.
While you have the pumps out of the tank (but plugged in) have someone activate the washer briefly and see if they run or you hear/feel them hum (meaning they're getting power, just jammed). If not check their fuses. If all this checks out, only then would I replace them.
