In trying to buy the correct end links for my AWD 2003 Bravada, I found that there were various tie rod ends depending on Chevy/Bravada/Buick and 2wd or 4wd. The Chevy SS version Buick and Oldsmobile use a different end link than the generic Envoy or Trailblazer. I suppose that this has to do with the specific ride and handling characteristics of those models.
My 2003 Bravada seems to use the Moog K80824 and K80825 end links. I now have them in my hands, and they are correct.
Aside from differences in length, the main difference is that the threaded "bolt" ends are a larger diameter than the generic end link often called out when you search. If you put the usual Trailblazer end links in the larger holes in the fram and sway bar, the "bolts" will be free to bounce up and down as well as for and aft.
This difference may account for a certain percentage of end link failures and "egging out" of the sway bar holes.
The ACDelco search doesn't make it clear which end links fit which vehicles. The Amazon parts application for these parts is even worse than usual. Even the Moog search turns up the wrong part. But if you have the correct Moog part number and search on that, the application is correct.
I think these particular end links were only used on certain relatively low volume models and options, and all of these 360 chassis vehicles tend to get lumped together. This is the first time I have run across a Bravada mechanical part that is completely different from the Trailblazer.
Anyway, this may help someone who is in a similar situation to the one I was in. The set of cheap end links I bought at first were wrong. The ones that the Moog search indicated arrived, and they were wrong. When I reorderd the Moog K80824 and K80825 end links, they were correct, matching the stock links on my 2003 Bravada in length and bolt diameter.
