So I tried to post this on Tech side of the forums but it never posted.

So I want to use my OEM antenna in place of my aftermarket XM antenna.

I need the type of cable to get these two items connected. (XM box to my OEM antenna)
Here are the pics.

This is coming off my existing cable which I want to use.

I want to plug into this device which is my OEM antenna.

Any help would be great. Thanks everyone.

I looked there and even spoke to a guy named Joshua Kern and he said he was not sure. So I am now here. I am trying to see if anyone has made one or has done this mod before. Thanks for the reply btw.

Is your xm a separate box? Or is it built in to the new head unit?
My pioneer was a standalone unit that connects to the deck via a data cable of some sort.
Anywho… I cut the fakra connector off without cutting the coax antenna wire inside, and mounted my "box" where the oem tuner was using good ole' Velcro strips.

You can trim the plastic from the yellow connector and it will work. I did it to mine and then taped them together with no problems at all
