I have an 2008 Chevy Tahoe with automatic climate control. Passenger side has cold air coming in while traveling on the highway. We traveled in 10 degree weather and my wife had to have a blanket over her legs from the cold air coming in. If you put the cabin air on recirculate the problem was not as noticeable. We have owned this truck a short time and love the truck.

Has any one else had this problem? If not any ideas were to start? I talked to a dealer they just looked at me I was nuts.

It sounds like one of the gaskets in the duct work may have come out, or possibly a grommet was popped out of the firewall for wiring or something?

Check around the blower motor and make sure it is tight and there are no gaps in the duct work.

Welcome!

Do you notice air leaking from the floor vents with recirculate on? Like blower on high is there a decent amount leaking out? If so I'd suspect maybe a blend door but that doesn't make sense since it still would travel through the heater core...
