What is this?

Alright, I am not sure what this piece called, it is the gray piece in the tail light and mine shorted out, now my passenger brake light does not work. I need to buy the new piece. Does anyone know what the part is called or a part number? It holds the bulbs

I call them tail light circuit boards. Part numbers vary but dorman makes them so they're available at most auto parts stores.
