Upper/Lower Control Arm Replacement.. Labor pricing

So it's time to replace front passenger side Upper and Lower Control Arm. I have a couple questions about part #'s and labor. I have these 3 part #'s from RockAuto: Moog Upper Control Arm #RK640293; Lower Control Arm #RK620309 and Support Bracket #RK641135.

Do I need the Support Bracket? Is the bracket on the Lower Control Arm the same as the Bracket RK641135 part? http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/raframecatalog.php?carcode=1415269&parttype=10401

I dont have the tools or the space to try this job myself. How many hours of labor would a job like this take? The lower control arm comes with a LBJ attached.

Just the 2 lca's and the passenger side axle shaft took me about 5 hrs. Then again I'm always rechecking stuff as I go. I don't think the uppers would add much more time to a job like this since you already have everything apart anyway. A shop should be able to pull it off in under 4 hrs.

If You haven't already I'd suggest ordering sway bar end links they get beat up pretty easy. Especially if you have the older model. I have these.

Ive replaced my uppers. About 15 mins a side. Took some working on mine with the body lift. Had to bend some of the body panels out of the way to get the sockets and bolt out.

Lower control arm is more involved due to having to disconnect the strut yoke and end link. You should replace the lower bracket as it has the bushings that wear out. Cheaper to just get the LCA with the bracket. You will need an alignment afterwards. Try to take some measurements of the mount in relation to the frame and try to get it as close as possible to original. Mine was downright squirrelly after the change.
