Call me crazy, but I'd offer $25K for it, if I were in the market for it.
2 door plus 5MT (plus not rusted out) = collectible / restoration candidate

According to the website, avg price for these runs about $17K or so the last few years -- a $8K premium wouldn't be excessive, IMO, given the rarity.

I love the rarity aspect, but have no use for it and nowhere to put it. So I'll leave it for another GMTN member to jump on.
