Unable to insert images using the "insert image" button

I am unable to insert any images when browsing the forums on all my home computers. I have about 5 running Windows 7 and 8. Using Internet Explorer 10 and that seems to be the only thing in common. IE10

"You are currently using 3.26 MB to store 68 uploaded attachments."

Big Ed was having a problem too. We haven't resolved the issue yet.
