UCA camber / caster bolts and cams

Long story short, while working on installing my leveling shocks on the 07.5 Silverado I found out that my upper ball joints are totally shot. 1/16" play in the ball socket is no bueno! So I'm just going to bite the bullet, ignore the screaming of my wallet, and order new upper and lower control arms since all of it is OEM and at 142k are probably all probably worn or near worn.

I've never worked on a vehicle with caster/camber bolts and cams on the UCA though. Everything I've done (4th gen fbody and my old GMT360 Trailblazer) had camber and caster adjusted by moving the LCA on slotted bolt holes in either the K member or the LCA bracket itself. Should I replace the cams and bolts, or is that not necessary? They don't look bad but what do I know...

AFAIK, they are reusable so make your wallet scream a little less.
