I am currently online window shopping for truck wheels. I am currently very interested in Dick Cepek Wheels. Is it durable for offroading?

Yup but you will need adaptors to use them since I do not think any of theirs come in our pattern.

I never liked the look of that styling of off-road wheels, they're all flashy and etc. They just don't scream out badass to me

I'll be running Vision Rage, but since I haven't put them on yet, I can't speak to their durability.
