Super oily spark plugs from unknown seal or gasket

Hey guys my truck started running rough and sounded like shit yesterday had that code pulled and it was for plug and coil on 4. I6
I pulled four and three and found oil leaking down on top of that spark plug from the seal right above it which I'm not quite sure what it is. I'll post a video of oil plug and the spark plug. With oil running down ... Not sure what seal or gasket it is but any info on it and maybe cost of repairs would be great. Also probably could do it myself if I really knew what was causing the issue. You could start by checking the bolts around the valve cover, sometimes they can loosen up a bit. That could lead to some leaking, so re-torquing them to spec could help.

I found out the issue quickly and dont look forward to replacing it.

Spark plug tube seals. Usually comes as a set with a valve cover gasket.

You could add a washer to the coil bolts to give them a little extra clamping pressure on those gaskets. They're not cracked, probably just lost they elasticity a bit.
