We would like to thank those of you who have supported us in the past and those of you who may support us in the future.

We wanted to let you know how our subscription based products work in an effort to prevent confusion before it occurs.

We have two types of payment methods available:
  1. Manual Renewals (default): This method will allow you to sign up for a time based subscription and be notified toward the end of that period so you can choose to manually renew. You would receive an invoice from the system as your expiration date approaches and you can handle everything manually from there.
  2. Automatic Recurring Renewals: With this method, you pay manually the first time, then PayPal automatically handles all future renewals for you. The system will still let you know that you're renewing, but you won't have to do anything manually.
Many people choose to do handle all subscription based purchases manually so they don't forget about the recurring costs when the time comes. Other people like to "set it and forget it". We've decided to offer both options for our subscriptions. The default method, erring on the side of caution, is the manual option. When checking out, you can choose the automatically renewing option as your payment method if you so choose. This is all passed along to PayPal and then PayPal handles the recurring payments. Likewise, you can still use PayPal to make payments manually without having to worry about recurring payments.

Everyone who has signed up for a subscription since we moved to the new software should be on the manually renewing option (as we only setup the auto-renewing option today), but it is a good practice to check your PayPal account for recurring payments for the security of your account and your finances. We don't want any of our members being blindsided with unexpected renewals or charges and so we pass this information along.

Thank you

Part of the reason behind the new layout was to make it useful without Tapatalk, because Tapatalk suppresses the profiles, navigation buttons, and shoehorns the information into its own format. Highly recommend interacting with the normal site on your smartphone browsers.
