Iam working on a 94 chevy ext cab truck, the headliner is torn up, so the guy wants me to take it out and relace it. But i noticed that all the plastic sides that need to come off has no screws to hold them up like the old trucks, does anyone know how these panels come off.

Clips are behind them, they don't use very many screws anymore.

Look for a screw or two around the grab handle(to pull the door shut) and also around the latch handle/lock area. Other than that it is mostly plastic push tabs that keep the door card in place. Start at the bottom of the door and use a plastic putty knife or some other type of pry tool to create a gap and then just pull. Be careful not to break any(that old plastic can be very brittle) but if you gently pull and sort of feel it out it should pop right off. You may also want to disconnect any power window or door lock switches too. Good luck!
