Shamelessly found and copied from the Caprice forum.

This is a new way to search for FREE TSB's and memo bulletins on ANY vehicle. Follow these instructions exactly and you will get a goldmine of information on any vehicle!

1. Go to the NHTSA vehicle recall page, linky here; https://www.nhtsa.gov/recalls

2. Select the "Vehicle" tab on the top of the page. You will be taken to a page labelled "Safety issues & recalls".

3. Enter year, make, and model of car you wish to search. A VIN is not required to accomplish this.

4. You will get a summary bar with totals for the car with columns of "Recalls", "Investigations", "Complaints", and "Manufacturer Communications". Click the number highlighted in the Manufacturer Communications entry.

5. You will be taken to a page with a header of the car you selected in bold letters. Scroll down the page. You will see a section labelled "Manufacturer communications"

This information offering is very well hidden as I'm sure a number of for-profit sales services have just been co-opted as NHTSA data is free. Follow these instructions and you will be lead down the golden path to enhanced knowledge on your ride!
