Multiple codes and misfre after replacing battery, is it a bad PCM

I have an 04 TB - ran great until after I replaced the battery. After replacing the battery idle was rough and truck would shut off if I turned on the a/c. - I did some research and cleaned the Throttle Body - no more rough idle and no more shutting off. However the drive is still very rough. The CEL is flashing and when I took it to scan I got about 28 error codes- one of them being a misfire for coil 1 - I replaced that and all the spark plugs and still have the same rough drive and CEL flashing intermittently while driving. Here are all the codes it came up with. Does this mean I have a bad PCM or ECM?

Welcome!

Those codes may be old, intermittent, historical codes not causing you any problems today. The scan tool should distinguish active codes from stale ones. Concentrate on the active ones, which are probably all related to misfires. Almost never the PCM as a first suspect.

Did you use Delco 41-103 plugs only? If not, that's part of the problem.

Could also be clogged screens or a sticky CPAS. Search for many recent discussions about that item.

Or a bad coil or two. Make sure you got them seated precisely plug with a clean boot after you changed all the plugs.

ADDED: Without a filled-in profile, I'm only guessing you have the I6 engine.
