looking for new tires after leveling kit stock 245-60-18

I would like install a leveling kit on my 07 trailblazer lt and looking to replace the stock size with something to fill out the fenders just trying to figure out what sizes I should consider I would also consider installing wheel spacer if it was needed as I would like to keep my stock wheels

Thanks that helped a little but not a whole lot of info on there for 18" wheels
I'm looking at the Cooper cts in a 255-65-18
