Installed Viper Smart Today.

Installed the Viper Smart Start VSM250 today. Installation was fairly easy after I found my multimeter that is . I already have the Viper 5701 w/ remote start that was professionally installed so there wasn't much for me to do except find constant power, good ground and hook up the ESP 3pin Black wire to the 5701 module.

One down side is I have to wait until next pay because they wont let you pay monthly . So more Photos/Videos to come

I know it says DSM250 but the box says VSM250 and the guy at 12Volt assured me its the same thing.

Not to hi-jack your thread, but for some reason, I find the second from last picture funny. The one that has the part that says "THIS SIDE UP", is up-side down.

Oh no! The horror of remembering my 5704 install
Of course, this was before I actually spent the time to research it the right way. Now, I could knock it out in a couple hours.

I've had the 5701 with remote start for a couple of years now. I use it all the time to cool the truck down, my truck doesn't see the heater lol.

Lol getting off work at midnight and later in the winter, my truck LOVES the heater I generally drop the windows and use nature to cool me down
