Saw this on my local Craigslist...the guy is selling his Envoy, and he's got on fastened on the tow hitch. Maybe he'll sell it to you (without having to buy the whole vehicle with it)...

That's a big chunk of change. Did you buy it from a private seller or some place that was offering them?

They don't come up for sale too often but, I did see one on eBay,it was an auction and it went for $40.
I have one on my truck that was cherry until a woman bumped me while lighting a cig and put a license plate bolt impression in it, then I had a brain fart and backed too close to my trailer and dinged it again.
They are rare and nice ones are even rarer...Mike.
