Gas leak at filler tube/gas tank connection

My 2003 Trailblazer EXT V6 is throwing P0440, P0442, and P0105. After reading here, I set off to evaluate the vent valve and purge solenoid, and found the leak at the filler tube/gas tank connection. image.jpg There's a clear leak but I'm hoping for some feedback. Is the leak consistent with those codes? Is the leak likely tank related or could it possibly be the filler tube? If it's the tank, is there a repair?

The filler tube replacement part doesn't seem to include the hose from the tank to the filler tube. Does that come with the tank or is it a separate part?

If you do a search, you should find an extended warranty for this exact issue. Mine was done on the previous warranty. The tank has a known fault for cracking at the filler. Hope you're under the required mileage.

I received a notice from GM in November '15. It's an extension, GM Special Coverage Program, 14423.
Its coverage is for 15 years OR 150,000 miles.
Also, you have an I6, not a V6.

Sure enough! I was out of the previous coverage, but I'm at 143k. Off to the Dealership next week. Fingers crossed. Great news.

You're right, it's an I6. Thanks guys.

Third tank was the charm for me. Think they finally fixed the design/mfg flaw.
