NEED HELP Driveshaft removal

How do you remove the driveshaft? Need to replace u joints. Have the front free but can't drop it down as the frame is in the way. Does it pull free from the transfer case or do you need to pound it out?

Thanks, its the front. Removed the cross member to have clearance to drop it down.
