Hi Everyone,

I am curious to know what the differences between the TB, Envoy, Bravada, and Rainer? Are they strictly sheet metal and trim differences? Are there any pros and cons from one to the other?

Thanks in advance! Have a great weekend, everyone!

The Bravada, Rainer and Saab 9-7x all have AWD instead of the TB/Envoy and Ascender's selectable 4WD. The Buick and Olds were available in two wheel drive, the Saab was not. The Olds and Buick are pretty much identical. The GMC and Chevy are pretty much identical. Aside from different interior accouterments, trims, and different sheet metal, they're all the same basic platform.

I am having trouble getting parts for my '06 9-7x. K&N and other companies say that they do not have fitments for my car and cannot guarantee that TB/Envoy parts will fit even if they are the same platform. Anyone have this problem?

If it's a CAI, it will fit from a TB. Exactly the same as far as mechanical parts go.

Apart from the MAF, why wouldn't it fit?
