I've had this squeak "somewhere" in the back end of my TB for oh... a few years now. It's a secondary vehicle.
I had assumed it was the el-cheapo shocks I put in when I first got it, or a bushing was going bad somewhere back there. I'd already removed the spare and cranked the jack up tight to eliminate that, taken everything out of the back. Gone over the entire exhaust system for heat shields, etc. Usual stuff.
But yesterday - I'm almost dead sure - I FOUND IT! If you follow your fuel filler neck piping down, right where it crosses over the main frame rail, there's an inverted "U" welded to the pipe. It's got a small hook on one side, and a xmas tree fastener on the other. Well sure as shit, the hook part that's supposed to go into a small hole in the frame - wasn't! And since it's got rubber hoses on each end, it allowed it to wiggle JUST enough to make this horrid noise. It was so loud that people on the sidewalk would look at you!
