Crashed SS

this happened not a quarter mile from my house. heard the crash.
SS turned left in front of the black car in the back ground. driver of SS had to be extricated, they cut the roof open and flown out by helicopter. passenger in the SS suffered a broken arm but was able to get out. the driver of the black car suffered broken collar bone and arm.

Always sad to see these die. At least there weren't any serious injuries.

thanks for correcting post. driver of SS actually coded during extraction but they were able to revive him. he was talking to the paramedics as the moved him from ambulance to helo.

Still trying to figure out where the SS was when it rolled...logic would say on the top of the ridge and rolled down - but the Accord is facing the wrong way for that.

Glad to hear the driver lived, given your description of what happened to him.

I don't envy the Accord driver - that's gonna be a painful 8+ weeks recovering from collarbone plus arm (probably upper).

this is a different angle, after the SS was up on the tow truck. front of fire truck that showed it's back in the first pick. the SS turned left in front of the black car at the intersection. the SS came side ways thru the 2 signal poles taking out the small post where you press the walk button, up the small embankment and hit the back side of the guard rail, then ended up on it's side.
after this was cleaned up and the tow truck was getting the black car hooked up, and all the police and fire engines still sitting there, another 3 car accident at this intersection. gapers not paying attention.
